Sonja partners with organisation and executives to expand and shift their thinking and enable them to thrive in an increasingly complex environment. She is the sole South African partner for Prof Dave Snowden’s company Cognitive Edge that supplies leading thinking in complexity and narrative, and developed ground-breaking insights software called Sensemaker. Utilising these methods and tools, she helps organisations gain deep insight into the mind-sets and behavioural patterns that influence culture or customer experience. She also helps organisations preserve the wisdom of people leaving their organisations by capturing their deep experiential knowledge in narrative form and implementing wisdom transfer processes such as apprenticeships.
